Maple Graham.

Firstly, it’s gorgeous outside.

And, I’m on a maple kick. Maple almond butter. Maple agave. Anything maple, please.

Maple Graham Protein Fudge


Maple Graham Protein Fudge

2/3 Cup Muscle Milk Graham Cracker

2 TBS. Maple Almond Butter (I used MaraNatha)

1 TBS. Raw Honey

1 TBS. Maple Agave Nectar

1/4 Cup Chopped Dates

1/2 Cup Chopped Prunes

Melt almond butter with honey and agave. Mix in dates and prunes. Mix in Muscle Milk. Form into bars or cookies. Then, refrigerate. 

Warning, sweetness overload and addicting. Thus, wonderfulness.
