Purely Elizabeth.

Purely Elizabeth is pure and simple. Their motto? eat purely. live purely.

Ever since I discovered Purely Elizabeth, I had to try their oats.

They do not disappoint.

Absolutely delicious.

I mean, the absolute best.

I would have LOVED to take a picture of the Purely Elizabeth oatmeal I had this morning with banana and almond milk, but I made it in my overnight crock pot, and it wasn’t the prettiest picture. Thankfully, it tasted WONDERFUL.

Can we talk about the fact that Purely Elizabeth also has granola?

And, not only did Purely Elizabeth let me do the honors of writing a blog about their oats, but they also sent a sweet note…
So, lets chat about Purely Elizabeth. There are lots of oat companies, so what makes Purely Elizabeth the best? LOTS.
Here are just a few things: vegan, certified gluten free, no refined sugars…pure.
This January 2014, they made their way into Whole Foods, too. How cool is that?

And, don’t worry, they don’t just have delicious oat and granola recipes, they also have cookie mixes, pancake mixes. Delicious.
